Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. This allows us to offer your time slot to another customer.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. We will always try to work with you to reschedule before applying any fees.
Solar Care Subscription Cancellations
Solar Care Plan subscribers may cancel their plan at any time by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period already billed.
Weather & Safety
In the event of unsafe weather conditions (high winds, lightning, extreme heat advisories), Solar Guardian reserves the right to reschedule your appointment at no charge to you. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time.
