About Solar Guardian
About Solar Guardian
Veteran-owned, Phoenix-based, and built to be the maintenance partner that solar systems need after the install is done.
Why we started Solar Guardian
Solar Guardian was founded by a U.S. military veteran who kept running into the same gap. Solar is a long-term investment, but almost nobody in the valley specializes in looking after one once it’s on the roof. Panels get dusty, pigeons move in underneath, connections corrode in the heat, and output quietly slides while the homeowner has no idea anything is wrong.
Installers are good at installing. Roofers are good at roofing. Neither is set up to be on call for panel maintenance years later, and they shouldn’t have to be. Solar Guardian exists to be the specialist those companies and their customers can hand that work to.
Today that means panel cleaning, bird & critter proofing and solar system checkups. For repairs and reroof jobs, we connect you with trusted local partners. Every visit is documented with before-and-after photos and video, so you always know exactly what was done.

Homeowners and trade partners
Who we work with
Maintenance is the piece that sits between everyone else’s work. We’re happy to be that piece.
Homeowners
You bought solar to save money. We make sure it keeps doing that. First cleaning, an underperforming system or pigeons under the array, we’ll tell you plainly what’s going on and what it costs.
Solar companies
Your customers call you about cleaning, pigeons and output long after the install. We handle that work so your crews stay on installations.
Roofing companies
A roof with panels on it shouldn’t cost you the job. Send it our way and we’ll coordinate trusted partners for the panel work, then look after cleaning and bird proofing afterwards.
What we stand for
Honesty
We tell you what your system needs and nothing more. If your panels are fine, we’ll say so. See our FAQ.
Care for the roof, not just the panels
Purified water, no harsh chemicals, no drilling for critter guards. We work in a way that protects your warranty and your roof tiles.
Accountability
Every visit ends with a photo and video report showing what we found and what we did. Solar Care members get a running record over time.
