Why we started Solar Guardian
Solar Guardian was founded by a U.S. military veteran who kept running into the same gap. Solar is a long-term investment, but almost nobody in the valley specialises in looking after one once it’s on the roof. Panels get dusty, pigeons move in underneath, connections corrode in the heat — and output quietly slides while the homeowner has no idea anything is wrong.
Installers are good at installing. Roofers are good at roofing. Neither is set up to be on call for panel maintenance years after the fact, and they shouldn’t have to be. Solar Guardian exists to be the specialist those companies and their customers can hand that work to.
Today that means panel cleaning, system inspection, repair and troubleshooting, critter protection, and add-on work like warranty activation and panel removal for roof jobs. Every visit is documented with before-and-after photos and video, so you always know exactly what was done.

A roof with panels on it shouldn’t cost you the job. We remove and reinstall arrays around your schedule, store the hardware safely, and verify the system is producing before we leave — with photo documentation at both ends so there’s no dispute about condition.
