Questions we hear a lot
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we have roof access, you don’t need to be there. We send your full photo and video report when the job is done.
Will cleaning void my panel warranty?
No. We clean with purified water only. No soap, no harsh chemicals, no abrasive tools or pressure washing, so it’s safe for every panel brand and warranty.
How often should I clean my panels in Phoenix?
For most homes, 2–3 times a year. Monsoon season (July–September) leaves heavy dust and debris, so a post-monsoon cleaning matters most. Trees, birds or a dusty lot can mean more often.
Doesn’t rain clean my panels?
Not in Arizona. Desert rain carries dust that dries on the glass and leaves a film. It usually makes panels dirtier, not cleaner.
How soon can you come out?
Usually within 1–3 business days. We confirm your booking the same day. Solar Care members get priority scheduling.
